Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Llandudno shop. Very helpful in establishing our requirements and guiding us through the suitable mattresses. Patient while we tried them out and made our choice.
Delivery guys were in regular contact from the day prior to delivery. Arrived when they said they would. Very accommodating and helpful.
We only buy a mattress every 8 years, but I would highly recommend Bensons.

From the first time I entered the shop to the moment the beds were delivered by Barry and his mate Everything went smoothly. Dawn and all her team in Llandudno were kind , efficient and informative, The only niggle was the 2 week delay in the delivery of the double , but I guess that was not the fault of Bensons but the manufacturer and the Christmas break,

Victoria who we dealt with at the Llandudno branch was attentive, informative and most professional. As we wanted a mattress for an adjustable bed Victoria checked on what was suitable and appropriate for our needs. We did not feel pressured in any way and was given plenty of time to decide on our purchase.

Pleasant experience
We were welcomed soon after entering and explained what we were looking for. The assistant listened carefully and took us to a bed which was set up to judge the most suitable mattress. He then explained the various types and took us to various beds so we could judge for ourselves which one we liked. We didn't feel any pressure and he took our details so we could see the options, with prices, on email to peruse at home.
