Bed was delivered damaged
Bed was delivered damaged, parts ordered by store but it’s been over a week and still waiting for someone from parts department to contact me about when the new parts will be delivered! Not a good service and will not recommend to anyone now!

Everything was fine up to delivery but the team would not assemble the bed as apparently that service has to be ordered at the point of sale. This service was not offered to me at the point of sale so not very impressed.

The gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and well informed. He was not at all pushy and listened to what we wanted. He talked us through different options and once we had made our choice, processed the order efficiently. All in all a pleasurable experience. Would thoroughly recommend
