My new bed purchase
A very informative half hour in the store in Macclesfield. Clear and exact answers to my questions. Examples shown for my choice of bed frame and mattress.
Fifteen minutes on the telephone four days later and my new bed and mattress were bought and paid for. The same young man I had spoken to in the store was as efficient on the phone. A credit to his colleagues, the firm and his family is Alfie. No problems up to press. Delivery planned for 2 weeks from now.

Relaxed experience
On arrival we were spoken to by Peter who offered his services if required without being to pushy. As we walked around the showroom he was there to call over if we had any questions and also to learn of our requirements and then advise on some options. Again no hard sale.
Once we decided, completing the digital paperwork was easy as we are previous customers of Bensons so all our details were already in the system. Delivery dates confirmed ( we had a choice) and all done in about 45 mins.

Great Customer Service
I have had a lot of issues with the delivery and the actual product, however, the instore service was amazing and Darryl was incredible throughout the process. Had it not been for Darryl - I would have cancelled the order.

Very helpful staff at the store: even when I requested a change of delivery address, there was no problem.
Delivery drivers arrived early and were courteous, hard-working and efficient.

10 week wait to receive a damaged bed
10 week wait to receive a damaged bed. Replacement offered which fair enough , but unknown before 2-3 days before when they are coming to replace it. Improvements to this needed there as this makes it very difficult to get time off work at short notice using precious annual leave for something not my fault. So yeah….. do better Bensons!
