The breadth of supplier products available - including Sealy our chosen mattress. The staff engaged and then gave us space and time to gauge which mattress worked for us both. They then supplied a competitive quote without pressuring us to buy then, plus an optional interest free credit package.

Did not rush us in making our decision on the bed(s) we wanted.
Showed us the different beds they had!

Pleasant greeting when arriving in store
Sales person Darryl was pleasant and very helpful. Even though the mattress I was interested in was not in store I was shown one of equivalent quality. This helped to decide on the mattress . All the finance information was explained in a friendly manner.

New bed...
To us it's important to get chance to browse without the presence of a sales assistant on your shoulder. That's what we got at Macclesfield branch. Time to browse, then ask questions when we where ready. Alfie was great with us, answering all our questions, then giving us space and time to check all the beds and mattresses out. Looking forward to our delivery.

Once chosen, I was fully informed of what to expect from that point to the delivery date. Lucca, who had just started working there, was off to a good start by being a very pleasant and polite young man. Also John, who was also very helpful.
