Good customer service and quality product
I placed an order in September for a Slumberland double 2+2 bed base, mattress and headboard. The next day I had doubts about whether I had chosen the right mattress, so I contacted customer service and was put through to the Manchester store. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and connected with me via a video call and took the time to show me the different mattress options in store via a video call. He recommended a slightly upgraded version that better suited our needs and was very pleasant, patient and helpful throughout, making it easy for us to make an informed choice.
Our order was delivered today by two friendly drivers. Everything arrived well packed, and they installed the bed and removed all the packaging. They were respectful of our property and very professional. We are delighted with the quality and appearance of our new bed and hope it will last for many years.

3 weeks of delays communicated a day before on 2 occasions. First was a supplier issue that they would have surely known less than 24 hours before. The second was customer service incompetence where instead of providing compensation they instead removed money that I had paid, making it look like the bill was not paid up. This caused a further weeks delay
