Benson For Beds have a stunning array of beds to choose from. The bed that was chosen needed to arrive after a certain date and I was happy they could delay the order for me. The staff were friendly and obliged. The bed arrived in pieces and in perfect condition. Outstanding service.

Bensons for Beds at White City Retail Park are a great team. I walked in explaining what I wanted and I was taken straight to the bed. No trying to sell me anything else, no pushy sales patter. Tony was very helpful. Highly recommend this store for its professionalism.

Problems with Back
The Lady in store was great and the delivery men were friendly, quick and effective The mattress that I purchases was extra firm as there are times when my sciatica plays up. The mattress is fantastic no problems with my back The pillow I purchase is great for side sleepers I have a brilliant nights sleep and find it hard to get up in the mornings as I just want to stay in bed

Bought a mattress supposed to be no movement from partner. Expensive and doesnt work. Bought expensive pillow for better breathing. Filled with synthetic filling that has moved around and that doesnt work. Very disappointed with quality and miss information. Also originally sent wrong mattress

Excellent service from start to finish. I received clear and thoughtful updates throughout the entire process, from placing the order to delivery. The quality of the products is outstanding, and both the sales team and delivery staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. A wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended!

From start to finish the experience was great however it would have been beyond great if the cardboard (11 boxes) were unpacked and taken away. Also on greater inspection of the paperwork I realised that ‘building’ the bed is down to me! This was never mentioned during the sales process and a bit of a shock as I am a single female - bensons recommended a local fitter when I queried it but it was an additional £250 !! A lot on top of an already 5K bed
