Very good service from start to finish, with great offers. Delivery was on time, very courteous and the delivery men wore shoe covers when entering my home.

Well a great experience in store with super helpful staff esp Gail.
However lost a star when coming to pay... £50 delivery for a rolled up mattress is outrageous. Thats 10% of cost!!
Lost a sale at that point , until i asked if could pick up from store. So delivery will be to store, you need to look at your delivery costs

Great service.We visited Mansfield store at the…
We visited Mansfield store at the weekend just browsing double beds. A sales assistant called Sarah came over to us to ask if we needed help etc - she was very knowledgeable helpful and not pushy at all. We left after an hour and buying a new bed headboard and mattress.

Gail helped us, very friendly and professional. She listened to what we said, did not try to sell us what we didnt want, gave us time to decide ourselves, didnt hover when we needed space. Overall a great experience and such a lovely lady. Thank you Gail!

Poor customer service and ignorant staff
Great number of options for both bed frames and mattresses however the sales assistant we had called Steve was pushy and wouldn’t take on board what we were saying. We told him a budget of £500 -£600 for a mattress and repeatedly showed us and tried to sell us mattresses for over £1800 then telling us to go for a finance option after repeatedly being told we were paying in cash in full and did not want that option regardless. It came across as he was trying to boost his commission not trying to help us at all. Came very close to walking away without a bed due to this. I sincerely hope the quality of the bed and mattress make up for his poor service.
