Friendly staff who is will to introduce a bed that fit my needs

Staff in the new Malden store were incredibly helpful. Not pushy at all showed me options and let me try the lift function for weight as I was interested in an ottoman. Then left me to browse for a while before checking on me. Unfortunately Bensons don’t let you use promo offers in store (I’m a charity worker and had been sent a discount) so I had to make my purchase online as it was quite a substantial saving. Staff get a 5/5 but not being able to use offers in store knocked off a star

I bought a double and single bed. Monika was very helpful, patient and explained everything thoroughly. She spent a lot of time making sure I understood everything before I made my purchase.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and hit the right balance of being there to give advice and leaving us to lie on the beds and take our time to decide. We were there for 2 hours and asked lots of questions and never felt rushed.

Monica was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. She gave us space and time to consider options and was available for all of our questions.
After 24hrs we went back to the store and Simon helped us with our purchase and transaction. He was really helpful too and made us feel welcome and spoke to us like he knew us rather than just total strangers. Thanks to both we have made our purchase and look forward to the delivery of our new bed.

The staff were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction to enable me to find my perfect mattress. They explained the differences which made it a lot easier for me to choose.
