Friendly staff
The staff member who served us was helpful and knowledgeable about the beds. There was no pressure to buy anything and gave us space to decide for ourselves.
I would have liked more choices in store, especially the midrange priced beds/mattresses.

I would definitely recommend Benson beds. I wanted a firm mattress something reasonable in price and good quality. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The store manager who dealt with me was amazing. He was kind pattient afficient and helpful. He showed me several mattresses and let me try them. Also gave a good discount and I'm very pleased with what I have ordered. I would definitely recommend..5 star rating

Unfortunately the very helpful lady (Monika) who had helped me with the initial enquiry was not in store when I Went to place the order. Another lady helped me but was not as knowledgeable and couldn’t answer queries.

Perfect shopping experience
Shopping for a new bed and mattress for my elderly mother who has osteoarthritis. The manager who served us was knowledgeable, understanding and patient. I couldn’t fault the service he gave at all it was a perfect shopping experience.

Bought a two beds from new Malden…
Bought a two beds from new Malden branch sold me insurance aswel for 5 years which will cover accidental damage within space of 10 months both broken I did contact them they send a technician which send me a report says misuse of the product I mean beds are crap and the insurance company is useless they are trying to say I whole life I was using bed wrong beds are not for sleeping it just for showcase you can’t just sleep on your bed what I waste of money spend over 2k

Bargain Eve hybrid double mattress
Somehow we managed to get the mattress that we needed amongst the chaos of a clearance sale, thanks to the help of Monika.
Brand new, rolled up and straight onto the back seat of our Mini.
Not installed yet, hence not the full 5 stars.
