Excellent service
The store assistant who was the manager was very helpful when we were chosing a new mattress. She checked on the data base as we wanted a mattress the same as our last one. Once she found what we had bought 8 years ago this enabled us to purchase the same make. Very helpful would definitely recommend.

They have really helped us as we had an issue with the mattress we bought and an allergy to something in it so they have replaced the mattress. We have had more help from bensons than the manufacturer.
