Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. From the experience in store, to getting the mattress onto the bed, it was a faultless process. The lady in the store, Francesca, so very lovely, helpful and knowledgeable and helped us pick the right mattress for us. Delivery date was within a couple of weeks and the delivery process ran smoothly. 10 out of 10 for service :-)

Excellent Experience when buying new bed
28th December I went into Bensons in Northwich and spoke to Francesca, she was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful and I purchased a bed with the minimum of stress!!

After a very good purchasing experience…
After a very good purchasing experience with the Sales Team at Bensons sons in Northwich, I have since had my bed frame and mattress delivered and assembled. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the gentlemen clearly knew what was needed. Shoe covers were worn to protect flooring and they were very quick and did an excellent job. Really impressed with my whole experience with Bensons Beds. Well done and a big Thank You to the whole Team.

I actually found the individual quite rude with very little flexibility to discuss what I needed. I had already purchased a mattress but discovered it made my bed too high for my medical condition and needed a lower bed frame. The gentleman told me there was only one that would be suitable and it cost another £850 on top of the £990 I had already spent. I'm a pensioner and it ended up being so expensive. Also, I have to arrange the removal of the bedframe myself otherwise delivery would be delayed for nearly 3 weeks. It's a real shame as the lady I dealt with previously was so helpful.
