Good staff; limited selection

V limited selection of sofabeds (as opposed to beds) in-store - we had to go online to look at the full range. But the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, and the service was fine.

We were impressed with the trial/ test…

We were impressed with the trial/ test bed indicating the individuals shapes size and weight in order to help choose the correct type of mattress.
There was no pressure and we were given enough guidance to allow us to make a decision.

They explained the differences on types…

They explained the differences on types of mattress.

I had been in a week earlier to way up what was needed and Sarah the sales consultant wasn't pushy she knew all her stuff and explained the different types of mattress as i was looking for a cooling type mattress and a firm one too. So i went back a week later to purchase from store. A very pleasant positive lady.

Would like to start with Brandon and…

Would like to start with Brandon and Harry what a credit you are to the Northwich store from the moment we came in till we ordered are new bed. We got a bed a bed from here 2 and half years ago and and there was a fault with it so after phoning up and getting it all sorted these 2 young lads went above and beyond and they knew what they where talking about. These 2 lads are a credit to your team and they deserve to be recognised for there hard work need more staff like these
