Competitive prices, good customer service.

Sarah at the Northwich branch was incredibly helpful, honest and there was no hard selling. Very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and didn't make us feel daft for any silly questions!

Excellent service from the start. I would definitely recommend Bensons - Although I was only buying a mattress I was offered a more than fair deal and the delivery was very organised- I was kept updated about approx delivery time so not hanging around waiting

After a great start ordering the electric base - supposed to make my life easier but that didn't work out!- it went totally downhill from there.
Admittedly this was not the fault of the Northwich branch - once the sale has gone through you are at the mercy of the 'customer service' dept and the automated systems. I purchased in January and the first base was damaged - distorted which was putting pressure on the hydrolic workings which would have shortened their life span, screws and a nail coming through in the storage area along with some holes which made me suspicious that it had had a previous home. The shop were not allowed to do anything so had to constantly be phoning customer service which wasn't always easy to get through to and become extremely wearing having to explain again and again what the problem was.
Once they had accepted that there was a problem the 'fun' began. It has taken well over 50 emails - I stopped counting at 50-, can't even guess how many phone calls and repeated assurances of delivery dates which then weren't followed through on.
Finally I have a new base BUT it is still distorted and it looks as if the 2 halves ( there is a left and a right which are then fixed together) have been salvaged from 2 different bases. If I hadn't got rid of a perfectly good base to get this one I would be insisting Bensons take theirs back and either getting my money back from them or through the credit card company. Can't stand the thought of another 7 months trying to get it right so will be asking for a big discount or going to the County Court to claim the bed base cost, money to buy another (to replace my original which won't be from Bensons) plus the cost of my redecorating after the original was delivered and they messed it up! Talk about wearing you down............

Loads of choice, very knowledgeable staff made buying the correct bed very easy.

My elderly disabled mother recently bought a mattress from the Northwich branch.

When delivered it was clear it was not fit for purpose.

I spoke to the Branch Manager who was very helpful and as the next date I could get to the store was on her day off she fully briefed her deputy, Francesca.

When we arrived Francesca was right on the case. She was breifed and dealt with the situation brilliantly. I couldn't have asked for, or received, better customer service.

The service we received in store was excellent. The bed was to be delivered before the mattress and Sarah went above and beyond to ensure we received the mattress the same day as the bed. My son loves he's new bed.

The shop and staff in Northwich were great but when we wanted to cancel the order we couldn’t return the pillows they told us this was due to hygiene but the pillows were given to us of the display bed which were £100 each this should be the price if they were brand new

The delivery of our bed was completed on schedule. We were clearly notified of the delivery time.
Delivery drivers Howard & Nick were excellent. They were very courteous and very careful. Extremely polite & respectful and took their time installing the new bed and removing the old bed.
We were very anxious about any potential damage to our very expensive staircase. They were clearly understanding and took every precaution to ensure there was no damage to the staircase. Excellent service!

Sarah in the Northwich Branch provided excellent customer service. She wasn't pushy and offered advice when needed. Sarah was patient and gave us time to reflect on choices and pricings of the products.
