Helpful proactive staff who delivered what we needed the the timescale we had
We went into our local store to purchase an ottoman bed. We had visitors arriving in 10 days time. We chose a style we liked and on hearing how quickly we needed the bed delivered the store staff set about securing a delivery date that met our needs. The mattress we originally chose was not available for our timescale but they found one that was and it actually felt better than the one we had chosen. Great experience of helpful and proactive staff.

Bad delivery service
Good service found what we wanted helped with the measurements to see if this wood fit staff was good now its been 3 months and still no wardrobe all damaged didn’t see the first 2 but the one that came this week damaged should have been double check before delivery now in dispute gave the delivery charge back and a sorry £25. For inconvenience,paid for a fitter to come in and do luckily enough only charge me for coming out wouldn’t bye again

very helpful in the Orpington Store…
very helpful in the Orpington Store with Kasha on the day of purchasing my bed, mattress and headboard.
BUT unhelpful when i telephoned the store and asked for the headboard to be raised as i couldnt get the sheet down. Also packaging was left on the corners in case i preferred that but next day decided i didnt want that but it was behind the headboard so impossible to remove with loosening the headboard. I couldnt undo them . So contacted Customer Services and have to wait over two weeks for their support team of technicians to visit. not happy, cannot make the bed to sleep in.

Brilliant Customer Service
Visited bensons for beds last week and was a lovely experience. Max was very helpful and knowledgeable. Never felt pushy or forced to buy anything like in some other shops. Really lovely atmosphere in the shop, left us to walk around and shop but the guys were more than happy to assist in anything we needed. Ended up with a new bed frame and mattress and couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend a visit!

The lady in the Orpington shop was amazing as were all the staff.
The bed is beautiful quality and the mattress is lovely.
When the bed arrived we had been putting it together 3 hours it was 2 days before my csection to realise the brackets they had put on at the factory were in the wrong place so had to take all the bed apart again to correct their mistake…
To then find whoever put it together had rounded off the screw head so we couldn’t get the Allen key to work at getting it out. Was very stressful and made the job so much longer.
Could do with having a couple of spare screws in the packet for things like this
