Sicily pebble grey 5 door wardrobe
Simply stunning Sicily pebble grey wardrobes and chest of drawers. The gloss doors are beautiful.
Also ordered the igel mattress and ottoman base with Knightsbridge headboard and side units in velvet. All items delivered and assembled by two different teams on the same day.

Shop Staff very good and professional, but had issues with incorrect estimation/ordering system of wardrobes & costing more.

Very good sales team at the Orpington…
Very good sales team at the Orpington branch, no pushing or pressure sales. A really relaxed environment and no sense of being hurried, coerced nor did I feel obligated as I had experienced, when I was looking in another, rival shop. I found what I was looking for and the sales person went out of their way to ensure I got the best deal. Very friendly without being patronising, very professional without being like a programmed droid, reading a script; just good old fashioned customer focused sales, remember that experience everyone?

The advisor (John) was very helpful, took his time to listen to what I was looking for, asked me lots of questions about the bed I was looking for, and gave me good advice. He gave me plenty of time to try out different styles of beds and mattresses until I finally found one that suited my needs.
He did your me under any pressure, and allowed me to ask questions and he explained everything well, including all options for payment and delivery etc, allowing me to take time to make my decision.
The service I received was great and I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.
Thanks, I can't wait for my new bed to be delivered😊.

Purchased a tv bed and mattress 10 days…
Purchased a tv bed and mattress 10 days before Christmas costing over £5,000 I was told that bed would not go on sale Boxing Day so I went ahead with the purchase, Boxing Day the bed and mattress both went on sale roughly £1,300 cheaper. When I phoned and asked is there anything they can do they said anything after 7 days is nothing they can do.
Poor advice from sales rep and even more poor service from customer service team.. that was my second bed and 3rd mattress from them and will now definitely be my last.

I found the item I wanted and received a good discount. Staff was warm. Delivery drivers were polite and friendly and delivered my items safe and secure. Bed goes beautifully with my decor and I slept very well.
