Max was great at helping us pick the mattress and bed we liked. He wasn’t pushy and gave us the space we needed to make our decision. He gave us helpful advice. The quote he gave was good, we were able to go home measure up and speak to him on the phone once we had decided. Great experience all round. Good price too

Exceptional help in choosing a bed
We had an amazing person called Nick helping us choose our bed and mattress.
He went through everything thoroughly and helped us understand all about the different types of beds and mattresses available.
His help was above and beyond as he guided us in the right direction choosing a bed that was suitable for both of us. Very helpful and kind all the way through the whole process.

The sales woman was fantastic, very knowledgeable. Gave me time to consider my purchase. Not pushy at all. Great communication once order made and it was very easy to change delivery date as I was waiting for my house move to go through. Would definitely buy from them again!

We popped into the Orpington store with the intention of just browsing, but Max made us feel so comfortable and well looked after that we ended up placing an order for a bed the very same day! He gave great customer service and care. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. This review is rather early. The lady who served us was lovely but my bed itself has not yet been delivered. My choice, but take more time with asking for reviews .
