Excellent experience
We were dealt with quickly and courteously. Our sales manager of the Orpington Branch, Nick, listened to what we had to say, then guided us through the best choices fitting our criteria.
In no time at all, we had selected, ordered and paid for our new bed, with a given delivery date, and later, follow up emails.
An excellent experience.

Fantastic service from John at Bensons for Beds Orpington!
John was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly guided us to beds that matched both our price range and the style we were after, showing us a great selection without ever being pushy. Once he’d helped us narrow down our choices, he gave us the space to browse at our own pace — which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
Thanks to John’s help, we not only found our perfect bed but even ended up leaving with a wardrobe too! His friendly, professional manner made all the difference. Highly recommend asking for John if you visit the Orpington branch — he was amazing!

Avoid & choose another company
Spent £1000 on a mattress , was re-assured by the sales person in Orpington store about the comfort guarantee we not find the mattress suitable however on delivery the mattress feels nothing like the one we tried in store. So much that we almost thought they had delivered the wrong one! Contacted customer service and was then told to exchange under the guarantee would cost an additional 10% of the mattress cost plus another £50 delivery fee. Absolute con!
Shocking customer service and refuse to waste anymore money with this company.
Back to Dreams for the next purchase and would not recommend Bensons to anyone.

Great service without any expectations of making a sale.
The sales person (Max) was extremely helpful without being at all pushy or over friendly. He answered all our questions about our purchase and offered alternatives that we had not previously considered.

I will like to start at the customer service I got in store the day I purchased the bed.
The lady was amazing I had an autistic child and the bed was for him I was in the store for about 2 and half hours that day.
The lady was very patient, kind and caring.
She understood what I needed and her guidance and knowledge she gave was fantastic.
Also the team that was keeping me informed of my delivery was always keeping me in the know of what date and time through email and txt.
Also giving the call fantastic service.
Finally the delivery and putting my son’s bed together. The two gentlemen were amazing they respected my home carefully worked together to build the bed. They explained what they were going to do.
