Freedom to look and ask questions
I was allowed time to walk around the store to look at products before being approached. Once I had decided on a product I was given useful information about it (colour options, delivery, and optional extras). At no time was I rushed or badgered into selecting extras and was able to ask as many questions as I liked. All in all, an easy experience.
