Gentleman that served me in the store…
Gentleman that served me in the store was helpful and courteous. He didnt hassle me like other stores do when you walk in. He explained everything to me from start to finish of the sale. The communication was fantastic . Regular updates and welcome pack given also. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Great experience
Great in the store, really helpful. Delivery exactly as planned and on time with phone calls to let me know when they were 20 minutes away. The bed was really well packed and easy to put together.

No pushy sales people, lots of choice and a wonderful bed!
From the moment we entered the showroom to having the bed delivered, the service was fantastic. No pushy sales people, just friendly faces that hovered about and answered questions when required. Excellent knowledge on all products, shout out to Jason! The delivery service was great too. Booked a date that was suitable for us and constant updates in the days leading up to delivery.

Great service from the Peterborough store. Given time to look in our own without hard sell techniques. After a while we were approached by David who explained the makeup of the mattress, demonstrated the ottoman element and showed us the different colours available and style of headboard. No hard sell just relevant information. David explained finance deals and current promotions to give us the best deal. Delivery date to suit us. An all round fantastic service.

Mislead a little
Mislead a little. I knew what I wanted and the salesman was quick to take payment. Didn't explain anything other than the delivery date. Only when he gave me my paperwork did he tell me I had been charged £49 for delivery. Wish I had gone to Dreams, who would have been 10% cheaper and free delivery
