Steve at The Plympton Branch certainly has the right attitude and not a “heavy handed sales pitch” I told him I’ve had 3 bad experiences with bed companies it’s been hell on earth !
He left Myself and a friend alone after I told him what mattress type I needed with chronic back pain . We also fed back information back to him about the mattresses I tried. The only criticism would be I think the delivery charge is high, as most people would struggle with putting a mattress from door to their room …. If you are already paying good money for a mattress I DONT THINK AN EXTRA CHARGE IS RIGHT !! Why not keep that cost to the minimum ! But your charge compared to others is HIGHER !
