We purchased an IGel bed from the Rayleigh store and the whole experience was very good. We were assisted by Robin who was both courteous and patient, never pushy. We are now looking forward to delivery of the bed towards the end of the month. Altogether a first class service. Nick and Val Bridge

Very helpful friendly staffing not over pushy

The customer assistant was polite friendly and approachable. She explained the product purchased very well Easily understood. Also terms conditions explained pointed out clearly.

I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but I have been so impressed with the service received from Bensons from our first visit, that I thought it was definitely worth the time.
On entering the store on our first visit we were greeted with a very friendly hello from 2 of the staff.
We started to look around and a lovely young lady by the name of Kayleigh asked if we needed any help, we explained what we were looking for in the way of a bed, headboard and mattress. She first of all pointed us in the right direction of bed and showed . us the materials/colours it came in and types feet available, we then moved on to the headboards. We were indecisive of material/colour and explained the wall colour the bed would be sitting against.
she spent lots of time walking around the store whilst we made this decision, and even though giving her thoughts, making sure that we were happy with our decision. We then moved on to looking at mattresses, she explained how the type of mattress we were originally looking at worked, there were several types but we were still not sure, she showed us a few other makes with the same concept, but we did not like them, we went back to where we started with the bed and tried the mattresses and after a bit of back and forth we made a decision. We decided we wanted to think about it and check the mattress would definitely go up the stairs, we were supposed to return the following day, but something came up and we did not return until the following week. Unfortunately, we missed the offer that was on the week previous, however, Kayleigh spoke with her Manager, and they managed to sort something out for us. The only issue we had that I had not realised until the following day after making our purchase,the bedding box even though it came in the matching material/colour and the size we wanted, it only comes in one design on the top of the box and there appeared to be a miscommunication. However, this was quickly resolved when going to the store and taking another look and we still went ahead with the purchase, which I am pleased we did.
Kayleigh from the very beginning was extremely helpful, informative and patient, we did not feel that there was any pushy sales technique, just a very friendly service.
Even after our purchase everything that we were advised would happen regarding our delivery date, happened with serval reminders. The delivery drivers were friendly and made the delivery of our bed seamless.
I definitely recommend Bensons, and our bed looks amazing and very comfortable.

I was greeted on the showroom floor by James, who was very helpful, he returned once I had a good look around, great selection to view, he then went on to complete my purchase without any problems, a good shopping experience, thank you!

Great customer care. We knew exactly what mattress we wanted. We sat down with hattal who helped us order our mattress. Everything was competed within 20 moinutes

We found Kayleigh very knowledgeable and helpful she pointed us in the right direction for what we was looking for and then left us to roam around uninterrupted but was there if we needed her which is what we like .

Great advice from the young woman that served us, Kayleigh, at your Rayleigh store.
Very good selection of both beds and headboards. We didn’t purchase a mattress as we already had a new one but there seemed to be a good selection.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was because of the pricing system. The ticket price on ottoman beds was actually for standard divans and the ottoman bed price was in small print.

Very friendly no pressure, very knowledgeable.
