I found that i was being stalked by Salesman
I found that i was being stalked by the salesman. It was making me uncomfortable and wanting to leave the shop. My wife could see i agitated. I expect to walking to a shop and don't mind the salesman to ask if they can help, then leave the customer if they do not require any assistance. I found the salesman following me around the store as if I was going to steal a whole bed out of the store. Maybe you need to train your staff, it's not about getting the commission but selling an experience in your store. I would like to choose who serves me. The other thing is pushing products that say free and then charging me £150 and then saying I will through in a free bed cover.

Assembly and service
I paid for the assembly of bedroom furniture twice and on both occasions the team damaged the beds. I had to wait weeks for it to be put right and one man was sent the first time and refused to do the job as needed two. More waiting. Customer services were not that helpful when complaining. Ordered a mattress, wrong one arrived. Complaints never resolved. Furniture good, service terrible.

So not impressed I knew what I wanted…
So not impressed I knew what I wanted the bed was on sale, the mattress was priced wrong but once you got the one you wanted it hard to change your mind cost a bit more ok. Delivery wait 3 weeks will deliver between 11:07 - 13:07 good day of delivery time change. 12:30 - 14:30 ok 3rd time change 16:27- 18:27 hoping they do deliver today before it gets dark ( having a laugh ) do I get a refund on delivery
