Plenty of options and honest recommendations

Bensons for beds have been very pleasant and professional in dealing with my order. Delivery was also dealt with in a professional manner.

The shop assistant helped us by understanding the type of bed we were looking for and recommending a few suitable options. He allowed us to browse and try matresses without any pressure. We bought our matress that day. Great service, we will be back!

Delivery guys friendly and efficient

Ishry was very helpful and supportive in our search for a new mattress. He listened to our requirements and helped find us the right mattress. Also very understanding of our budget requirements. I'd happily recommend!

The gentleman, was very helpful as we advised we was looking for a bed for a spare room for when our grandaughter stays over shes only 3 so didn’t want a massive bed for her, so we got the correct style of bed and mattress for her he gave us lots of tips and made us aware on his sheet about bedding etc

Only giving two starts for the escalation team that had to pick up the pieces for the Reading store manager who tried to scam me out of £200+ for my exchange, called me up rude on the phone after I had been in the store twice to be told that the manager doesn’t start until after midday whenever he's on shift, took nearly 3 weeks from the first visit to get a phone call from him to be spoken to rudely, told I was only getting this amount for my bed when I had paid over £200 more for it, escalations at bensons for beds did amazing and sorted it out for me so thank you to them! If I could put 5 stars just for you guys I would but unfortunately I can’t.

We had a fantastic experience with Bensons for Beds. From the moment we visited the store, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right bed.

The delivery arrived exactly as promised, the packaging was excellent, and the quality of the bed exceeded our expectations.

We went in with the aim to browse as we hadn't found what we were looking for up to this point. Farooq was fantastic and helped us find what we had been looking for and was very good at price matching the mattress we had found elsewhere.

Bought via the internet. Customer service agent was polite knowledgeable and helpful.
Delivery team were great.Steve and Carl get the job done quickly despite it being a very warm day. Cleared up any packaging and explained what had been done.
In future need more info on dimensions of the bed base. The new one is 2 to 3 inches higher than my previous one. This makes it very difficult for my short and semi disabled wife to get into bed. My fault I assumed all divine bases were the same height.
