Shown different types of mattresses with advice and product details without pressure to buy. A time scale for trying the mattress so if not suitable you can exchange it.

Very helpful and quick to determine what we wanted. There was a special bed which advised on mattress firmness for us. It was quite an intense experience as the salesperson talked throughout. We are looking forward to our new mattress arriving in a few weeks.

Lots of choice and who knew so many types of mattress! We had an idea of what we wanted and the sleep test machine to define best mattress type was interesting but no explanation of what it was assessing other than saying firm or medium mattress. Also had to be firm with sales team as to which one we wanted as always being pushed ones that were in my view extremely expensive! Probably better commission!

Customer service is great they advised now was the best time to put a deposit on our new bed even tho we didn't have a move date. They said that didn't matter we could pay the remainder and get a delivery date once we know.
And we would get the full discount that available at the time of our purchase.

Purchased a new mattress - had no idea where to start - there are so many choices - really helpful / patient staff - large showroom with lots of mattresses for me to try.

We had a positive experience. Mohamed was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and understood our needs.

The store manager at the Reading branch was very helpful listen'd to what we needed and showed us he what he had. he could have encouraged us to by the all singing & dancing bed, but he didn't and that's what unpressed us the most so we purchased straight away lovely man. thank you
