Great service in Bensons for Beds Redditch
We went into the Bensons for Beds in Redditch last week and were met by Julia, who was extremely helpful. Her product knowledge is great and we returned a few days later to purchase a bed and mattress from her. Julia was very good at explaining range differences and leaving us to try for ourselves, before advising again and costing up various options. She made the experience a pleasure with no pressure!

Trouble getting a bed frame delivered in decent timefrane
Went to store, quickly found frame we wanted but with only one customer service advisor already helping a customer, we gave up ordering in store and bought it online. Paid in full to then be told there is a problem with stock and we won't get the frame till sometime in Nov. The frame should not be on display if it is not available.

Went to the showroom in redditch to look at ottoman beds and saw a guy named ben, was just looking at that time ,however went back couple of weeks later and saw the same chap. Ben was very helpful and didnt mind at all that i may have asked the same questions more than once ( thats what being 70 does to you lol).we arranged a date for delivery that was suitable for me.
Overall a lovely shopping experiance with just the right amount of profesional and a friendly approach, would def recomend

Julia was such a great support throughout the process, we chose a store sale item that exactly suited our needs. Julia helped with measurements and decision, then on collection she really got stuck in helping us get the product into our camper van. The bed is lovely, fits perfectly and looks very good value for money. The new bed care kit gift was a lovely touch too.

Great service from start to finish. Ben the salesman was very helpful without being pushy. The delivery men were very efficient and managed to negotiate a difficult windy staircase. Also they kept me updated as to when they would arrive, which is very useful

Ben was extremely helpful in helping me find the mattress I was looking for. He answered all of my questions and showed me different mattresses to try out to ensure I was happy with my purchase. There was plenty of mattresses on display to choose from.
