The lady in store was very helpful and knowledgeable and we are delighted with the mattress which we purchased.
Communication throughout the entire process was excellent.
Delivery team arrived spot on time and were very efficient and professional.
It took approximately 10 minutes to remove the old mattress and install the new one.
The entire process from purchase to completion was faultless.

Great customer service
From the minute we stepped in the store, we received a warm welcome from Julia. I was there to buy a sofa bed for my spare room. Julia showed me their range and helped me choose the right one for me. She was very helpful and made my shopping experience a memorable one. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store ☺️

I called today to ask if there were any Black Friday sales
I called today to ask if there were any Black Friday sales. The woman on the phone told me there was 25% off when you spend over £750. I then asked if that was the only offer available, and she replied, laughing, “ha well what more do you exactly want?”
Considering I was potentially about to spend a lot of money, I expected to be spoken to with basic decency — not laughed at or spoken to sarcastically. That experience alone has completely put me off. They’ve just lost a customer.

Ben was really helpful didn't add pressure for me to purchase a mattress and the one that I brought (IGel) is one of the best ones that I have purchased. It was expensive but I have a dodgy back and the memory foams are just not cutting it. Would def recommend

The lady called Julia at the store in Redditch was friendly, so helpful and not pushy. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products.Because of her I bought a wardrobe online and then I went back in store to buy a bed and mattress.
