Great service that wasn't pushy or over selling, Lloyd was really helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to our requirements and kept the focus on what we wanted, now what he wanted to sell us - probably getting more out of the purchase as we bought additional items - rather than switching us off at the door so we went elsewhere - and we are very excited to get our items delivered soon!

Efficient , helpful.
Delivery on time , they didn’t take their lunch break until mattress was in our home. Warehouse had loaded the goods and torn the plastic packaging resulting in dirty marks on mattress , driver took photos , contacted the customer services who rang me and sorted the problem within 30 mins .

The team at Scunthorpe were excellent. there was a good selection of beds and mattresses to choose from and the shop staff were very friendly and helpful. After providing me with an estimated delivery date, a suitable delivery date was confirmed less than two weeks after placing the order. The delivery team were very efficient putting the bed up in no time and clearing all the rubbish. Very pleased with the whole process

just want to say a big thank you to Matt at the Holyrood Drive Scunthorpe Branch. Went in looking for a new mattress, we had no idea how to go about choosing one and Matt was brilliant. He was patient, informative and guided us extremely well. He made the whole experience less daunting and we came away very happy. Thanks Matt

My wife and I received outstandingly good service buying a bed the other day. David, the gentleman who served us, literally went the extra mile for us, coming with us to our house to check that the bed we wanted could be manoeuvred through an awkward, narrow corridor.

David was warm and welcoming and was very attentive to my needs in purchasing a good mattress. He explained the technology of the mattress I chose and delivery was arranged for the following week. Excellent service!

We had superb customer service from Lloyd, the Store Manager. He listened to our requirements and knew exactly what we wanted.
He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all our questions, without issue. We really liked the way he dealt with us … no ‘flannel’ just honesty and facts, all delivered with humour, experience and integrity.

Sales advisor was really helpful listened to our request no hard sell and got us a good deal was really efficient. Great customer service.

Super friendly staff, informative and made us feel at ease. They let us try out the beds extensively until we found the one we loved. We had a laugh as they found us great fun to deal with, we even had some 'dragons den ideas!'.

Matt who looked after us is so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure dealing with him. He was very understanding and knowledge with what type of mattress we required. He was also very patient with us while we made up our minds as too which one was the best for us.

Customer services in shop were excellent. Only down fall they do not publish the correct phone number on the Internet, so you can't get in touch unless you make a trip down to the shop. They need to UPDATE THE PHONE NUMBER
