my reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is the long wait. It could take 14 weeks. I am disappointed as am 88 years old next week and feel that the wait is too long at my age, also desperate for a comfortable bed.

Worth the visit
Whilst looking for a Mattress we went to Bensons for Beds.
We were left alone and wasn't hassled.
We asked for help and David provided the information we needed.
There was a reduction in price which we were promptly told about.
The mattress is well made and very comfy which suits our needs.
Hopefully it will last as long as our last one.
When it wears out we know where to go.

Excellent advice and sales support
I went to this store to encourage / support my 80+ year old parents buy a new mattress and divan base.
The store manager was great with them; patient, understanding, and very good humoured. Not something you always see in any store in serving elderly customers. He was there to support with advice, but left us in peace to consider their options.
Very happy with the recommendations provided re products, but it’s always the service that is really impactful.
