Great staff service from Scunthorpe Store
Showroom staff were excellent during our visit and we were served by Matt who was very knowledgeable. We had an idea which mattresses we wanted to look at and test. Matt asked us about our requirements and explained about each mattress. Couldn't have had a better experience thankyou.

I didn't know where to begin as I needed a new bed and mattress. Bensons for beds in Scunthorpe was an oasis in a desert for me. Great selection to try out, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff (Dave, Lloyd & Matt are heroes). Helped me through the process, very patient, not pushy salesmen like you'd expect. Can't praise them enough.

We bought an ottoman bed from Bensons…
We bought an ottoman bed from Bensons and although expecting to be waiting weeks for delivery we were surprised as they could deliver very quick. We paid for the bed to be built up and The 2 men that delivered the bed built it up in record time. They were very nice thoughtful and took all the rubbish away too. We are well pleased 5***** everyone

Ordered and paid in full for delivery…
Ordered and paid in full for delivery of a new bed on 22/4/25 with agreed AM delivery on 29/4/25, booked day off of work to accept delivery only to receive a phone call approx 16:30 on the 28/4/25 informing me of “logistics issues” and there would be no delivery as arranged, told I would receive another call the following day (29/4/25) to re arrange. It’s now 30/4/25 and still no phone call. I guess the son will have to sleep on the floor until resolved as his old bed was taken away on the morning of 28/4/25 to make way for the new bed. Very poor customer service and a very unhappy son 😩😡

Terrible delivery
Sales team were brilliant especially David! The delivery experience was totally offered! Completely rushed the driver kept telling us they only had 15 mins for delivery and from arriving he decided the bed wouldn’t fit. He didn’t even try then rushed me to choose returning the bed which I couldn’t do as my old bed had gone, them trying to get the bed upstairs and possibly damaging it which would be my problem or leaving it for me to sort!!! My husband and I got the bases up no bother at all. I was rushed to make a decision and the driver practically ran out of the driveway once I signed to say leave it. The other man was more helpful but my bed was still sat at the bottom of the stairs!
