Choosing the bed was quite good
Choosing the bed was quite good. Staff member was knowledgable and helpful. The only issue I have is that you have to lay on a bed and pillow that many other strangers have done also. Maybe a bit of individual protection over the bed eg a paper sheet like you get over Doctors couches - changed between each customer - would have made it a 5 star experience.

Great customer service and a perfect mattress
Extremely helpful in store and gave me great advice when picking my mattress. Delivery was exactly as described and my mattress is perfect! I was nervous about getting a new one because I know it can take a while to adjust but the first night i was out cold! Can't thank the Scunthorpe branch enough and would definitely recommend to anyone
