My new mattress came unstitched after a few months I went into the store at bensons bedding in Shrewsbury with photos of the mattress only to discover I had to deal with it myself at there costumers service only to be bombarded with questions that seemed accusatory I’m 72years old and was expected to turn around the mattress regularly under the guise of looking after it or my claim “she said was a double edge sword meaning I might have caused the seams to separate because of negligence its only a year old I’m fuming.by the way its a no turn mattress and has it own topper you could not expect problems from an expensive mattress such as this close to £1,000.if you do get problems with items from bensons be aware you are on your own with this fight.despite your 5year warranty.

This was our third mattress bought at Bensons. We returned as the service and products are always very good. Matthew was excellent in store and offered great advice.

Found the layout was good and plenty of choices . And prices were clearly marked. Staff were most helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and not overpowering in trying to sell their product to us.

We had a friendly greeting on both our visits to the store. We knew what we wanted and the sales advisor straight away pointed out the items and didn’t push us to spend more money as we were looking at what was in the sale.
We were not rushed in to making a decision, so came back another day.
Everything was explained fully. Overall we were impressed with the whole process.

We had Mike serve us in Shrewsbury. One of the friendliest and most competent salesman we have ever had serve us. We can’t recommend enough. Great choice of beds.

Very helpful salesperson who understood my requirements and offered ideas which I hadn’t thought about. The choice of beds was a bit overwhelming at first, but it was easy to decide once I got my wishes over.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales person. No pressure and made the purchase easy and provided the right level of information

Staff very knowledgeable and attentive without being over powering. We like to have a look round before we are pestered by sales and this was exactly what happened in this store

We visited the Shrewsbury store with a plan to purchase a mattress.
Immediately as we walked in we were warmly greeted by Mathew & a lovely lady (apologies, We didn't get her name)
Mathew was very professional and gave us lots of advice of what type of mattress would be suitable for us. We were encouraged to try as many as possible.
We finally agreed which one would be the most suited to our needs. He also explained that we should sleep on the mattress between 5-40 nights to ensure we were happy & had an option to change if necessary.
Many thanks to Mathew for all your help.
Looking forward to getting a more comfortable night's sleep.
