We needed three beds as well as wardrobes. Ian at the Southport branch has been brilliant. Really friendly and helpful, taking time to discuss our options and helping us find the best price. I even needed to change one of the beds after purchase and again Ian gave his time and patience to help find what I was looking for.

Good experience
My wife and I visited the shop in Southport to browse single beds.
We were welcomed by a sales assistant who introduced himself as Ian, a very knowledgeable and helpful person without being too pushy.
He guided us very well until we made our purchase.
Altogether it was a very pleasant experience.

All good from viewing and testing the beds with Jamie in the southport store to then paying a few days later to the young lady colleague.
Paperwork was easy and explained as was the follow up information as to delivery and any possible snags.

Bensons Beautiful Beds
I was served by Aimee who was so professional & helpful .
She put me on the bed machine that finds out the correct mattress for me to buy .
I bought a lovely soft type of mattress and the insurance against any spillages and I got a free mattress protector and a free mattress kits to look after it 🩷.
I highly recommend Bensons and if you need a new bed and or mattress head straight to Bensons . You will walk out of the shop feeling very happy. 🩷

Review based on purchase experience, haven’t got the product yet
I haven’t received our new bed yet so the 5 stars might be a little premature…
However, I’m basing the review off the service we received and that is worthy of the rating.
When we arrived in store, Amy came to greet us, she was totally fine with allowing us to just browse but wanted to first give us the details of the offers available and how they worked. Which she did, and then she allowed us to look round the store without hovering over our shoulders like some do! That doesn’t mean to say she was dismissive, she did do a little check in every now and again to see if we needed help/questions answered, and when we did, she had ALL the answers.. really knowledgeable and she was just an all round super friendly person, we felt that confident in her, we went ahead and ordered the bed there and then.
Thank you Amy, you were a delight to deal with and Bensons are lucky to have you on board.
