Excellent sales team & products
Went in to have a look around as needing to replace an old bed. Was greeted by Jamie, who was very friendly & knowledgeable about things. He made the difference when it came to pulling the trigger, made me feel confident about my purchase and was able to answer all my questions with ease.

From a wonderful warm smiley welcome to exceptional customer service it was an absolute pleasure to shop at Bensons for Beds in Southport. The young lady who made such an impression was Kiara. From the moment we walked into the shop until the moment we left she couldn't have been more helpful or professional. She is the epitome of what customer service looks like. Great customer service from Aimee. Once again I wasn’t disappointed. I had previously purchased a bed and mattress and headboard from here and decided to get another one for our room . As the friendly service and professional approach from Aimee was indeed perfect the first time I was extremely happy to find Aimee was here again to advise me on my next purchase.
