The staff member Daniel G who served us…
The staff member Daniel G who served us throughout our visit was very helpful from start to finish. He wasn’t pushy but gave us time to look and ask questions. He explained clearly whilst giving me time to sign full information to my husband who is Deaf.
We left the shop looking to look around and compare prices and chat. We decided to go with Bensons because we were happy with the mattress we preferred, the price and the Customer Service we received.

But found the delivery charge of 49.00 pound a bit much as it is only a roll mattress which will be delivered in a box. Think we should off been able to click and collect free.

Speke’s Bensons for Beds are the Best!
We liked the layout and location of the store, the ease of parking and most importantly the high quality calibre of the staff and the beds/mattresses in stock. Phil was really impressive with his knowledge and experience and was very responsive to our needs. Dan was equally professional and helped us sort out the best finance options for our purchase!

Excellent customer service from start to finish.
Delivery was on time and bed was taken upstairs to the bedroom to be set up.
