The salesman Phil was really kind and patient with us as we layed down on every single mattress in store to find the perfect one. Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Dan at the Speke store was knowledgeable and helpful. Bed purchased and delivery date set. Due to family plans I had to change the delivery date…..twice….no problem and simple to do online.
Delivery and assembly by Karl and Jordan was also excellent. Took care, respectful of both my wishes and our home and were very pleasant to deal with. Prompt and efficient and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bensons, and the assembly service.

Excellent customer service and good knowledge of the mattresses so were able to sort out which one suited me best . there were offers on too which made it even better.i opted to have the old mattress and base removed as well as fitting the new one

From the moment we walked in we looked around before sales lady come to enquire if we needed help with being made to feel pressured. Also every question ( and there was plenty) was answered in an honest and friendly way whilst fully understanding this was an expensive purchase and we needed to feel really reassured which we were. The lady in question was called Tracey and she was a credit to the store while Dan another sales rep was also happy to help. A very happy experience.
