Great customer service
From deciding what I wanted and getting great help and advice from Kelly in the Liverpool Speke store, It was great. The delivery time was about a week and the day of the delivery I was kept up to date with emails, texts and a call . Fantastic service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds

Bensons Mersey Retail Park Speke
Member of staff Dan at the Speke store was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining everything. He explained in detail about the bed types available, the mattresses, the finance options, recycling the old bed and the delivery. A great customer journey. We were returning customers and have found Bensons on both occasions to be competitive on their price aswell as providing an informed experience.

Really helpful staff in your Speke store, found a great mattress in our price range. Delivery was as booked on time and delivery people were so polite and respectful in my home, no issue with delivery at all, would use again.
