Outstanding service
Sophie was absolutely incredible. Her level of knowledge was brilliant and she could easily answer all questions we asked. She also didn't make us feel pressured in any way whatsoever and her sales technique and her personality is exactly why we chose to purchase from yourselves.

great service
The lady that served me, her manager and colleague were so friendly and helpful. The lady that served me was up and down the stairs trying to get me the best deal possible. She took her time, listen to what I was asking for and found me the perfect bed (hopefully). She laughed at my bad jokes and was just a really nice lady.

We had a fantastic experience buying a bed at Bensons for Beds. The range of options was impressive, but what really made the difference was Connor. He was absolutely phenomenal — knowledgeable, clear, and incredibly helpful. He provided straightforward facts, explained all the timings and delivery details, and offered us a range of options without ever being pushy. He made the process smooth and stress-free. Incredibly Rude Sales person
I went to bensons over the weekend to buy multiple beds. Ended up having an awful experience. The lady was called leanne and she had served us nice enough on our initial visit. On our return she was unprofessional and very aggressive. This was due to us enquiring about discount that was online. She stormed off muttering about us under her breath. Very disappointing after being a loyal customer for years. I have Never been treated with such disrespect. Zero stars, some serious change needs to happen here!!! 😡😡😡

She explained everything really clearly in terms of the differences between the beds, answered the many questions we threw at her patiently and didn't pressure us into making a sale. Went in to look at what Sealy options were available & left with a mattress + base. The reason for this was the advice, guidance & information that was provided by Connor (without any sales pressure) which enabled us to make an informed decision straight away.

Amazing deal
I have been looking for a bed, unsure exactly what I wanted, went to another bed retailer, not an enjoyable experience.
I went in Bensons in Stevenage just for a look, met Leanne, so glad I did, she wasn’t pushy, just helpful & patient, finding out what I was looking for, she gave great suggestions & options.
I bought a king size bed, frame, headboard & mattress, I got an incredible deal, it has just been delivered, so happy.
I had a great experience, thanks to all staff I met especially Leanne.
