Good service in the shop, even when renovation not finished. Reasonable price of matress which was delivered on time, with old matress removed at same time. Excellent service all round.

Absolutely appalling customer service asked wht i was doing ..my reply was just looking and the answer i got back was wel he went to asda for beans ..bit didnt just look he bought ..i thought ..please yourself but with a attitude like tht ..you wont be getting my money ..and they were whispering very rude in my eyes ...maybe put ya employees through a customer service course ..cause there was zero today and were arrogant and ignorant

Excellent customer service and the…
Excellent customer service and the Stockton store, great advice and was able to get the bed delivered within a week. Delivery team were excellent. Called 25 minutes before arriving, we're polite, professional and took care within the property. Bed itself was great value, pain to put together, instructions could have been clearer and items labelled a little better (R & L), stickers were tiny and at the ends. But overall very happy, and would happily purchase a bed from here again.

Relaxed but very knowledgeable staff. They could recommend just what you needed by the information you gave them.
They knew what stock they had on the floor so you could actually see what you wanted. And they would ensure you got the best deal, with any discounts they could give.

Stockton on tees branch
Went to the Stockton on tees branch and was served by Mark. Really helpful and friendly with no pressure. He gave us a printed quote as we went to browse other bed shops. Called Mark later that day and we bought the bed over the phone. Following the purchase we were kept updated by text of the delivery date and time.
We were called a few days before delivery to confirm the time.
On delivery Rob and Andy were fantastic went above and beyond delivering the very big and heavy super king sized bed.
The bed it’s self is amazing!

Honestly the whole team at Bensons was a delight to deal with, Mark made sure from the get go that he was available for us to ask any questions and did not push anything on to me and just let me browse until i was ready to ask for help, as a first time bed and mattress buyer mark was incredible with giving me any useful information regarding the pros and cons of any mattress/bed, (although the bosses might not like to hear thats theres cons!) but as a customer its really helpful in finding out which mattress is the correct fit for you. Sometimes people sales try to sell you the expensive stuff and this isnt the case with mark he wants what is best for you and most comfortable taking care in the customers needs, highly recommend anyone unsure of what they want to give Bensons a try😀.

The Gentleman that dealt with us was friendly and very informative. he was patient with us whilst we tried and tested each mattress. We informed him of our specific needs and he was able to point us in the direction of several mattresses that would be ideal for us. He made the experience an enjoyable one and i would highly recommend.
