I was a little disappointed that having spent over £900 on a bed I was told that if I wanted my old bed taken away I would have to pay £125 extra for this service.

Excellent service from Jo Pode
We had a wonderful time trying to find our new mattress and Jo Pode was an excellent sales person she was there when we had questions and left us to it when we needed space although we popped in the store 3 or 4 times as we were checking other shops she greeted us with a smile and a chat each time she was very polite and had all the answers to our questions she made us feel very comfortable and at ease ( no pressure selling) we would give her 5stars for service

Excellent service quick delivery
We were very impressed with the service in the Benson beds showroom in Swindon. Jo was very efficient friendly and professional. Our bed is being delivered tomorrow very quick as we only ordered on 10th June.

On visiting Benson beds we were greeted and allowed to look around the the showroom at leasure and when we needed assistance to purchase our new bed the staff were very helpful with information and guidance for delivery

Disappointed
The service element of our visit was great. The main issue for us is that the only adjustable display bed and mattress in the store was a way overpriced model that has been about for years rather than the new modern ones on your website. Also the offers in store did not match those on the website.
