Unhelpful and rude staff. My family and I have purchased 3 mattresses over the past few months every time we were told it would be a 3 week wait once we confirmed the delivery date in reality this couldn’t have been further from the truth. Even though we prepaid in full months prior to the delivery date, We ended up having to wait between four and eight weeks for the mattresses to be delivered once to confirmed. We were also told the Tamworth store manager was out and there was nobody who could help us for a month.We were only given the option to cancel our order but only recover 75% of the funds.
Eager to take our money in advance, not so eager to deliver once requested

We would like to say a huge thank you to Shirley at the Tamworth branch for the outstanding service she gave us when choosing our beds and mattresses.

This isn’t the first time we’ve bought from Shirley. She helped us choose our beds about 10 years ago, and because of the excellent service we received then, we returned again today. Once again, she was absolutely fantastic.

Shirley is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the perfect beds and mattresses without any pressure.

She went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, and nothing was too much trouble. Her patience, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made the whole experience a pleasure.

Our salesperson Chris showed excellent product knowledge and was brilliant advising us for our purchase of three new beds and mattresses. I couldn't recommend Bensons for Beds more for their service and professionalism.

Excellent bed ! Good service from the ladies in Tamworth. One issue, we were apparently scammed on delivery day by being informed someone had changed our billing or delivery address using a convincing Bensons email page !!

Both deliveries went very smoothly,all 4 men were very pleasant and everything went well .I had no qualms about anything thank you.

The only 'glitch' is the lighting in the store showed the bed as a gold colour whereas the bed is called beige dune which is definitely silver rather than gold, I wasn't made aware of this at the time so although I give 5 stars was slightly disappointed with the very different colour. Sales lady was excellent and delivery on time and pleasant, my grandson assembled the bed on his own in just under an hour.

Phoned up beforehand and Chris was very helpful. Decided to call into the store and was greeted straight away. Chris was very helpful, patient and had plenty of product knowledge. It did take me a while to decide, and he explained everything about the sleep trial.
The delivery process is good as they do ring you when they're 30 minutes away, which was good as they were earlier delivering my matress which meant I wasn't hanging around, but you can also track the delivery van.

I have had my new Penelope Upholstered Ottoman bed frame for 10 days now, I am really pleased with the I-gel Nanotech Mattress and pillows that I also purchased, they are brilliant, really comfortable, but I am not at all happy with the bedframe that is why have only given it the 2 star review, I cannot understand why the designer of this frame only included one ottoman handle to lift the frame on a frame that is so big and heavy absolutely pathetic, it is only 10 inches long by 1.5 inches wide with no loop to fit your hand in, I have almost given up even trying to use the ottoman storage, it absolutely kills me ( I am 70 years of age not a teenager) has anyone there ever tried to lift the frame with a mattress on it using this single strap?. We have 2 other ottoman storage beds in other bedrooms ,one is a super king and the other is a double (bought from your competitor Dr***s) and I have no problem with those as they both have 2 ottoman handles with loops. I would have thought that having 2 on your beds is just common sense.

The salespeople were great, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They gave me a delivery date at the time of purchase which really helps with a busy life.
Delivery was straightforward and on time

Service at the shop. Relaxed and allowed us to browse and then answered questions we had about different types of headboards to go with divan beds that we liked. Service and staff were great. Delivery service was also good so overall a great experience. New bed we chose was Sage Green and really lovely and strong quality. Perfect experience.
