Helpful friendly and efficient.
Offered help and advice soon after we entered the store. We said we were just browsing which was accepted. We wandered around and tried a few mattresses and were considering one when the assistant approached and offered help again. She answered our queries and dealt speedily with our purchase and arranged delivery four days later. Excellent service.

Perfect customer service
Perfect customer service. A returning customer 11 years in and the same member of benson for beds team served me again. I was torn between a couple of different mattresses, gave me advice and was patient with me whilst I decided. Cannot wait to received my new frame and mattress for a good nights sleep.

Top marks for Shirley in the Tamworth branch
Shirley from the Tamworth branch served me, I’ve always had tempur but when I lay on it it didn’t seem very comfortable like my old mattress. I had always looked at Bensons in house artisan Staples brand and it wasn’t until I lay on this mattress that I knew instantly this was the one! Shirley was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I lay on all of the different mattresses (multiple times!) to test out which firmness I wanted to buy.
Having had the new bed and mattress for a few nights now I can honestly say it’s the best bed I’ve ever bought, it’s sooo comfortable that I even popped in to Bensons the other day to thank Shirley for helping me choose the mattress and how happy I was for choosing the bed I had. I spoke with another of her colleagues eh told me Shirley was in a day off, I hope this review and my best wishes reach Shirley and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Tamworth branch when purchasing a new bed, all the staff there are extremely friendly and very helpful… even if you’re just browsing!

The mattress is perfect
The mattress is perfect. Very comfortable. Tamworth Store is definitely worth a mention as they were so helpful. Delivery was excellent. The only issue was the delivery cost.....Most stores are free or much cheaper than the £49 charged.

Excellent experience from the very beginning. I was allowed to browse until I decided to ask questions. I was given full explanations with no attempt to push me towards more expensive items. I felt my decision was made with full knowledge of what I required. The mattress was delivered extremely quickly by two very efficient,polite men, and on time. The follow up about caring for the mattress was a great idea. Will be returning soon for son’ s bed. Highly recommend.
