New years treat
Needed replacement Tempur mattress. Called into Bensons to have a Quick Look as sales on after Xmas.
All sorted at a reasonable price, by a friendly lady, within half an hour and it was delivered promptly a week later.

Overpriced for quality offered.
Bought a bed from their premium range expecting quality finish.
Even though I paid almost £1000 (this being with their discount on Black Friday) the price does not justify the quality offered.
One leg from the headboard was missing, the chrome trims around the drawers are not fitted correctly and the drawers don't sink in evenly with the bed frame on one side.

Late edit: Since then the CS team has been in contact to have the matter resolved. I appreciate their dedication and commitment in making things right. Maybe just because their team is still based in the UK . There is still hope :)

The staff were polite and helpful

Great staff and delivery drivers.
This is the third mattress we have purchased from Bensons. Plenty to choose from at Tamworth. Always friendly staff to help and not force you to purchase something you don’t want.Emails and messages to keep you up-to date as regards delivery and time. Delivery drivers are always careful when coming into your house and removing old mattress. Excellent service all round. Thanks.

We were greeted by one of the members straightaway
We were greeted by one of the members of staff as soon as we walked through the door and made extremely welcome.
We were then asked what were we looking for and what could they do to help .
We explained we were looking for a new bed and had certain requirements that needed to be taken into consideration.
After much care & attention taken with no pressure sales we were shown what beds were available and we came down to one bed and placed an order for a date of delivery to be advised when we’re ready.
Would recommend this particular store and the care and attention by the member of staff concerned was excellent.
