We dealt with Rob at the Taunton store.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy.
Took on board what issues I had with my back but also how much I wanted to spend.
We came away having bought a bed that should be suitable for my needs and within our price bracket.

I found the male staff to be ignorant and barely communicated with me, I spent almost £300, he did'nt even say thank you when I paid. Or goodbye when I left. I would have thought this is a minimum courtesy for an transaction in retail ! Obviously not at B.ensons, I would buy again from the Taunton store

Waked into taunton store not really…
Waked into taunton store not really knowing what we were looking for, but Rob the manager made the process very easy. The store atmosphere was friendly, he was very knowledgable and gave us lots of information.
We were able to try out different mattresses, made our decision, paid and we are now awaiting delivery (approx 2 weeks)

Buying a new bed!
Store calm and well laid out.
Brilliant selection of beds etc and all clearly marked.
We were approached by Rob, manager, gently and asked if we could use some help.
No heavy sell or any type of intimidation.
No bombardment of information but all questions answered with clear knowledge of products and expertise in dealing with customers.
Absolute patience and unhurried communication skills.
Advised with insight.
We made provisional choices and went home to consider.
After research we went back to the Taunton store and bought a bed, base and mattress.
I particularly want to commend Rob, store manager.
I am sooo impressed with him and his dealings with my husband and I. Gold star!

What an amazing experience and service in the Taunton Branch. We were served by the Manager, Rob Venn, what an asset to Bensons for Beds. Nothing was too much trouble, and his knowledge was incredible. Great working relationship with his assistant in the store. They made our shopping a real pleasure. Rob was so kind to my elderly in-laws, who were purchasing mattresses, so nice to see genuine kindness. We will be recommending.

A very positive experience in your Taunton store as I have never used them before.
The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and obliging; nothing seemed too much trouble as we were trying out lots of beds and ended up buying 2 beds.
