The bed is fantastic but I payed for the bed to be assembled but after assembly the mattress board/base of the ottoman bed frame fell through to the storage area, I informed the drivers and the solution they came up with was to loosen the blocks which now rattled, and was told if that isn't right then I need to call customer services, so I read the instructions and adjusted the bed myself and fixed the problem, which is in my opinion a waste of £95 as i would have been better assembling it myself
Bensons for beds customer service have been in touch and refunded me the £95 as a good will gesture.

Good sales team
Good sales team. Quality bed. However when we were putting it together there were several bolts and washers missing. We had to buy them to finish putting bed together!

Great , but haven't slept on it yet. Instore fine, delivery good. But, when I rang 2 weeks before the delivery date I was told that I couldn't defer it, which was contrary to what I was told instore at purchase.

Great in the shop when having a browse, helpful when needed and not pushy in a sale. App payments do finance was easy, communication and emails, calls before was very good a delivered on time, bed was easy to make, orthopaedic mattress I had was well worth the money. The young pair delivering my items were very helpful. Would recommend

Positive experience
We received helpful and friendly advice when visiting Bensons for Beds store in Taunton. It resulted in a sale and we are very happy with the bed frame purchased. The two assistants Warren and Daniel were very friendly and knew what they were doing putting the bed together for us. This was a great help.
