Taunton- Bensons for Beds
I recently visited Bensons for Beds and had a really positive experience. The manager, Rob, was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for and guided us through all the available options without rushing us.
What stood out most was that there was absolutely no pushy sales approach—just honest, helpful advice that made it much easier to make a decision with confidence.
Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Almost 5 star
Initially when purchasing at shop all went well and delivery dates agreed - however delivery date changed - one delivery for mattress and one for divan ( 2 months apart ) which was no good - went back in store twice more finally had both delivered together .
Delivery guys excellent and very professional - unloaded bed and put together within what seemed like minutes ( realise it wasn’t ) - bed so comfortable - bensons are very good with emails telling you when to expect delivery - would have been 5 star but for the mess we had in store with different dates on initial order
