Awful delivery service
Awful delivery service, they left 3 super king size beds and mattress in living room for myself and my wife to carry upstairs. They said the delivery time is 2 pm but they actually delivered in the evening around 7pm.

Consistent high quality service!
The showroom staff were on top of their game following our confused ramblings to determine the best option for us. The bed arrived one week later and was ‘built’ in our bedroom by extremely agreeable delivery men. A very similar experience each time e shop at Bensons.

Excellent experience in-store, bur poor after-sales. Bed was delivered without wheels. Two man delivery on 17/05/2026 was very rushed . They couldn’t get away quick enough. Poor customer service.

I recently visited Bensons for Beds and had a really positive experience. The manager, Rob, was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for and guided us through all the available options without rushing us.
What stood out most was that there was absolutely no pushy sales approach—just honest, helpful advice that made it much easier to make a decision with confidence.
Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.
