Brought a really lovely wardrobe from here. Julia was fantastic!

Great customer service, very helpful and efficient and knowledgeable of products. We were made feel comfortable, and there's no hard sales talk, rather we were told the best options and different choices available to suit our needs.

So far so good just need it to be delivered for us to have experienced the whole service.

We were greeted as we went into store and shown the mattress we were interested in. Julia was very helpful and made our purchase an easy and quick experience. When we decided the next day we wanted to order another item I rang the store and spoke to Julia again who was most helpful and sorted everything out for me with no problem. Thanks to Julia great service

Great advice that helped us pick the right mattress for us. No hard sell, good information and service. No stearing to the most expensive products, just a drive to find the right product for your budget.
Would have bought a bed too, but next door had coffee and cookies ;)

Not interested in our custom at all,we bought a display model bed and the staff genuinely couldn't have cared less,in fact Julia was bordering on rude,it was as we think a good deal although I am beginning to question our decision and once we get the bed and mattress home the slightest bit of damage and the whole lot is going back,all I can say is we bought a bed for our toddler from dreams and it made bensons for beds look a second hand market place and so do the staff,please don't waste your money with bensons go to dreams

The young man (Michael I think) was very very helpful. He didn’t hassle me and allowed me to make my own choice but was on hand with advice about the beds I was looking at. He knew his stuff and was able to answer everything I asked about. He had a nice sense of humour and was a very pleasant person to talk to. At no point did he pressure me into making a decision which I was pleased about. All in all it was a nice change to find someone helpful, cheerful and friendly and interested in their customer without being intrusive. Thank you.
