Store was well presented and we were able to find the area of the store we needed. The store assistant, Jake, greeted us and gave us an overview of what was on offer and left us to look around at our own pace. There were lots of great products and we found the one for us. We were fully supported throughout our visit and would recommend the store/staff if your looking for quality mattresses.

Definitely 5 star service from the team at the Torquay branch, I’d like to give special thanks to George but there were two staff called George both amazing and so helpful. I would 100% recommend getting your bed from there, they were so good with our order and the bed is incredible. Big shout out to the delivery team as well, the bed arrived on time with lots of communication and they had to carry it two floors up a big house, first class job. If you need a bed this is the place!

The staff members Garaph and Rob were very friendly. They called and gave me plenty of notice when they were going to bed delivering the bed. As soon as they arrived they offered excellent service. They offered to take off their shoes and they brought the bed in, in no time.
I have never fitted a bed together before, they kindly explained how to put it together.
Very happy with the way they delivered the bed. I am going to build it today!

Good customer service on the day but didn't explain prices of delivery or putting the bed together we only figured that out when we sat in the car after we had ordered it plus didn't explain how they had worked out the discount quite confusing to be fair, the only reason I carried on with the purchase was that Benson beds are quality as I had Benson beds for many years and definitely would recommend, the people who delivered it etc were as always exceptional,

I had a problem with a bed bought from bensons earlier this year. It was too hard for me. I contacted bensons Torquay and From the salesman to customer service the problem was dealt with superbly. You hear so many complaints about customer service but I can honestly say Bensons team were fantastic.

Do not order a bed from here they customer service and rude and unhelpful I ordered a bed and had it delivered to my new address we used the finance option and they have used the billing address as the delivery address completely refused to accept responsibility

Very positive experience
We recently bought an Igel mattress from Bensons for beds in Torquay. It was a very positive experience throughout. Steve greeted us at the store and was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We appreciated that we were given time to try the mattresses ourselves without a ‘hard sell’.
Once we had placed our order, we were kept informed of the delivery date and time. The delivery was excellent. We are now enjoying restful sleep on our new mattress.

Just the service you want!
After coming from another Bed store and not having a Dreamy experience just push hard sell which actually put me off, I walked into Bensons and What a service! Explained what I wanted, my budget , just wanted to take my time decide and try.
Steve, who was in the Torquay branch was just the person to help, took my stress levels to wanting to rest on a bed 🤣 he pointed me in the right direction for everything that matched my needs and allowed me to try at my own pace, no pressure, just kept checking in and answering questions I had.
I walked away with a fabulous deal and Amazing bed! And slept well since.
