Loved the customer service
Loved the customer service, went into the warrington branch and at around close as well. Got well informed and made a decision together. The mattress is pretty good, but to me it doesn’t feel like too big of a jump from like a cheap landlord mattress. However, again i have no complain about the service or the product for its price, the delivery service was fantastic as well.

Excellent service from Benson Beds Warrington
We decided earlier this month that our old mattress was ready to replace. I had been suffering with a bad back for a while which I attributed to the mattress. We went to Benson Beds in Warrington and had excellent service and advice from Trish who guided us patiently through the important process of choosing a mattress, as we would have to live with our choice for the next 10 years. We decided in the end to buy a Tempur Pro Cool, super king, medium one which was very expensive. My only observation and criticism was that we had to pay for delivery of the new and removal of the old which we thought, considering the price of the mattress, that this would be part of the deal. No criticism of Trish as she was following company policy but maybe this could be addressed by Bensons.

We always go to Gary at Bensons for Beds whenever we need a new bed for us or family, and he is honestly fantastic! He is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and never makes you feel pressured into buying anything.
This time Gary even put us on the sleep mattress testing system, which was brilliant because it helped us find the mattress that was actually right for us rather than just choosing one based on how it felt for a few minutes.

Easy to order but lack of details on delivery period is poor. Indicated date of delivery before paid was good but once paid and order completed delivery date was 10 days later, which causes great inconvenience. Suggest be more transparent on true delivery dates before customer completes. Thanks

The reason I marked at 3 wasn’t the shop, was the delivery guys, or guy that stunk of BO ….. yes he may have a problem but use something or change of top may help stop the lingering odour in the house. Other wise great service all round and very helpful. Thank you
