Helpful and informative.
In store, Gary was very helpful and patient offering information and advice on my choice of mattress, mattress cover and pillows; allowing me plenty of time to make my choice. I was very satisfied with the delivery. Ryan and Kelvin were considerate of my property, assembling my new bed and attaching my headboard. They were polite and helpful. A job well done. This is my third purchase from Bensons For Beds.

although there was a hiccup with the mattress not being on the van when they arrived to deliver they said it would be sorted that day and it was Brian (the driver) and Zayn his assistant delivered the mattress later that day

Everything was so easy from going into the store, ordering, delivery and assembly. Everyone at the Warrington store were super helpful in showing us around the store. The delivery drivers had great communication and rang about 20 mins before arriving and installed our new ottoman bed in the bedroom. They were quick and clean! Definitely recommend them

Just popped in to look for a particular bed which they didn't sell but was told of a suitable alternative which was made in England. Wanted a wool topped mattress which this particular brand made. Everything was explained and then I took some time to try the various mattress types without any pressure. Was given a pillow which was suited to the way I slept. All staff were very helpful and pleasant and made me feel at ease. Didn't expect to buy one but was very pleased with the alternative and would certainly recommend. Would certainly use them again.

Only went in for a mattress
Guy in the warrington store really helpful and suggested things we had not thought of as I have tennis elbow and when I tried to lift a manual ottoman bed I couldn't do it. Didn't give me the hard sell and not in my face either, mentioned the finance offered but when we said no didnt push it. Bought a kingsize although only went in for a double as he told us to lie on them all before making any decisions, just really helpful. Have bought from bensons mostly over the years and the quality has always been good. Had cheaper mattresses when kids were little but not great

2nd time we have used Bensons for Beds - Warrington. The salesman - Garry is super efficient. Bed delivered today by two delivery guys from Blackburn. Both of them polite, efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. Took our old bed away and installed new bed with headboard. No fuss No drama No hassles. The manager Gary was extremely attentive and very reassuring about the whole process of buying within budget whilst ensuring the best possible deal.
